Time is a special resources that cannot be store or cannot be save for later used .Time that is not well used cannot be retrieved.Most people feel like they have too much to do and not enough time and blame lack of time for their poor finances,stress,bad relationship and not exercising their their body.Time management is important for our personal life and careers,time management is a set of principle,practice,skills,tools,and system that help us to used out time to accomplished what we want.
The time management has many advantages ,one of it advantages is we will gain self confidence.this is due to the excellent time management skill,we will be on time,organized and without a dreaded cloud of to-do hanging over your head.There is no longer feeling frazzled over all that thing that is not done yet.So ,this will results in self confidence.The other advantages is time management will help us to save our money,all of the silly thing that cost our money will be anything of the past because no more popping into the convenience store because we did not have time to do the grocery shopping and no more overdue library book because you forgot to return it.
We also will found out necessary task do not take as long,this is when we have learned the time management that our necessary task will take less of our time.Our utilize time saving ideas such as outsourcing ,using a time and having a routine.So this will lead big advantages to us.Beside that, we will get to enjoy recreation more regularly such as camping ,and so on.This is when all of our task has done because of time management that we made. We are now has many time that we can used to spend with our beloved people and then increase the good relationship between our family and friend and also increase our communication skills. It also can let us to enjoy quality family for sessions regularly,family is important and as you is a time management success you get to enjoy a quality period of family time.
There are some tips on time management that can be used by us to get it advantages.Firstly ,do not underestimate a humble to-do list.It is an easy way to keep what we are going to do and allow a satisfaction of being able to cross of thing.Then,the other tips is write things down ,it help to remind ourself what is need to do next and keep us from feeling frazzled because we forget what we should do next.Besides that we can make a plan of week ,this will help us to know everything that is need to do will get done at a specific time that we set for each week.The other tips is sot being perfectionist ,this is due to wanting the end result of a task to be perfect,some people who is perfectionist will spend much more time that is necessary to get the task done.
Time is very important to us as it affect our life if we do not manage it well.A good management skills is the ability to get what needs to be completed ,finished in the correct amount of time .It means being able to use our hours and minutes wisely and get everything finished when it should be.We should learn how to manage our time well ,so that our life will be more easier and we will get to enjoy our life.
